[hpsdr] New ModelSim edition

Roland is correct, but 6.3g is still available as a download, I  
downloaded my copy this afternoon.

Kirk I'm really enjoying the coarse but have dropped behind by a  
couple of lectures, hoping to catch-up over the weekend :) Thanks for  
the great learning.
