[hpsdr] Mercury 2.6

Just loaded v2.6/KD5TFD 12feb09. No issues so far. Not able to comment on 196K as only have a 2.4 P4.
Did notice that the default normal process priority gave very jumpy tuning on the panadaptor. 
Reverting to real time which I been using for some weeks, it was smooth as silk again.
