[hpsdr] Mercury firmware update. How?

Using the instructions sent to me by Doug (KD8B) I was able to updatethe 
firmware on my Mercury the first time with no problem. I had tomodify 
the instructions slightly as I'm running Windoze XP x64 and Ididn't use 
all the default directories but the instructions worked just fine. No 
real USB Blaster needed. The Ozy did that job.

The new version of the firmware works just fine on my INTEL ATOM 330. 
There is still the fuzzy audio when using a the highest sample rate and 
sample size of over 1024 but that problem existed on the older versions 
of the firmware as well.

One fix that is noticable is that the spectrum display on PowerSDR does 
not get screwed up on the lower sample rates as it did before the update.
