[hpsdr] Audio now working but stopping

Hi all,
I now have the audio working ok, after changing headsets and using the Heil headset for my K3.
there is no doubt it is a hot receiver, however as Phil has commented that could be the chip at the top of the board.

BUT now it works I am finding that it stops after a few minutes, the HPSDR keeps going (most times)
but the audio output stops.
I have tried at 48000, 96000 and 192000 all with the same effect.
CPU load between 8 and 15%.
I have also had the audio stop and Penny try to start transmitting, which if I am listening to a BC station immediately
comes up with the warning that it is not IARU frequency.

Slots merc in 1 (nearest power supply) Penny in 3, ozy in 5. There is no question the HPSDR is very very slot dependent,
Merc will not run in 2 or 3.

Ideas please
