[hpsdr] Parts list for Atlas, Ozy, and Mercury?

Hi Everyone,

I purchased the circuit boards, and am just now getting around to 
building them up.  The first step is to collect the other parts.  Is 
there a place where the parts are set up to order from Digi-Key or parts 
list, or any build tips?  I looked for those things on the wiki for 
Mercury and found not much.
