[hpsdr] Merc in CT

Wow ---it`s certainly one hot piece of kit. Just got mercury bolted in and fired up.It must have some special .au firmware as the first piece of dx  it homed in on was  VK6APZ on 75mtrs. Looks like it will be a serious dx rx in the window. Using a 500 foot OCD and AT1000 ATU as the ant. 
Running it on an old 2.4ghz P4 at around 50% cpu load. not optimised  anything yet.
