[hpsdr] Intel Atom x86_64

I have successfully installed Ubuntu 8.10 x86_64 (amd64) on the Atom.  The
bios upgrade did the trick and remember it is a two step bios update process
when you boot the bios upgrade from CD rom (you have to reboot twice with
the CD ROM in the drive).

 

 I have built and installed gnuradio,  dttsp,  and sdrmaxii for linux will
come next after I finish adding support for qs1r to gnuradio.
