[hpsdr] VAC

Just enabled VAC for my Mercury. Finding the audio a little crisper through the sound card. Also much nicer way to adjust the volume, very thoughtul of the Gates mob to let me just configure just a single slider to place alongside PwrSDR.

VAC works well with both MixW and Digipan and it was a change not to have to deal with real world cables. This set up gets better and better.
