[hpsdr] SMD rework advise needed, Ozy BOM

I need some advise on a good hot air station and source for flux pen and syringe with solder paste. I have done a fair amount of smd work but as the density gets higher you old techniques are not working. 
It seems that the Ozy BOM link is not working with digikey, they may have changed there BOM storage method.
