[hpsdr] Linear Power Unit (LPU)

Thanks Bruce,

Is there a projected weight? The price looks good but we need to add 
freight costs. On the other hand I would guess that the LPU is simple 
enough that most of us could get by with just the PCB from TAPR(?)
