[hpsdr] Vista: cup now full! (was Re: vista: cup half full)

I downloaded the initvista.zip file, followed the instructions and now 
my mercury will initialize just fine using Windoze Vista. I no longer 
have to loade it up using Linux and reboot in Windoze to use the mercury.

Great!!

I've been spending hours playing with the Mercury. It's some receiver! 
After I learn more about it, I'll start working with it under Linux 
instead of Windoze.
