[hpsdr] Mercury V2.4

I reloaded the absolute latest Mercury V2.4 and have experienced receive  
failure a number
of times. The receiver arbitrarily stops working, signal level goes to -222  
dBm, but Ozy
and Peny still work. I have to power down the Atlas buss to restart it.  This 
was with the
boards in slots that had worked for me in the past without fail. I also had  
Peny selected
as 10 Mhz source and Peny selected as 122.88 Mhz source. 
 
I have now changed slot assignment and selected Mercury as 122.88 Mhz  
source. Is
board position on the Atlas buss still an issue?
