[hpsdr] Mercury V2.4

Thank you, that's very generous of you!
I browsed through some of the online resources and am currently
reading "Design Recipes for FPGAs" by Peter Wilson.  I also had
started Nazeih Botros' "HDL Programming Fundamentals" a while ago
and will probably get back to it after getting through some of the
basics in the other, >shorter< book.
