[hpsdr] Mercury V2.4

I've been running version 2.4 for several days, have not found any problems.
The overload function works as advertised are there any other new functions
that I could be looking for? Was surprised when I was able to do a ground
wave copy of a digital file (picture) on 20mtrs.

I browsed through some of the online resources and am currently
reading "Design Recipes for FPGAs" by Peter Wilson.  I also had
started Nazeih Botros' "HDL Programming Fundamentals" a while ago
and will probably get back to it after getting through some of the
basics in the other, >shorter< book.
