Hi All,

To fill or not to fill? The thermal vias in my Mercury board seem to
be less than half full.

I took some microscope photos with focus on the surface of the thermal
pad and the bottom of the vias.
The focusing difference varied from via to via, variations from 1 mm
to 1.6 mm. See the photos:
