[hpsdr] Verilog class

While folks are waiting for an HPSDR specific class it appears there
are already some good resources online.  MIT has made many of there
courses available online open source style.  I noticed that this
course uses Verilog and has several lectures that could be useful.

I also noticed that http://vol.verilog.com has a free online course
but you need to register to see the material.  I did not register so
don't know the quality of the material.

The MIT course looks cool as it also has more background material.
