[hpsdr] Verilog class

Kirk,
I'm in for sure. I'm a (mostly) sw guy that sometimes has to read
verilog in an attempt to figure out why some asic or other doesn't work
like the designer says it does. I'd like to take the next step and be
able to design and implement it myself.
