[hpsdr] New HPSDR

Well I got my HPSDR in the mail today and am about to fire it up.

Any suggestions of how to get it running.  I expect that I'll get the external PC supply and Atlas together first then Ozy then Ozy to my laptop.  What is a good way to test Ozy without any other cards?
