[hpsdr] Building the KISS Konsole - update

Sorry for the noob question, but I need a little push in the right
direction.  

I just downloaded and installed Visual C# 2008 Express Edition and loaded
the KISS project.  When I attempted to Build it, I got a couple of errors:
"The custom tool 'ResXFileCodeGenerator' failed while processing the file
'Properties\Resources.resx'
"The custom tool 'SettingsSingleFileGenerator' failed while processing the
file 'Properties\Settings.settings'.
"The referenced component 'HPSDR_USB_LIB_V1' could not be found"

There is an HPSDR_USB_LIB_V1.dll in the Binary directory so added a
reference for this, but I'm not sure how to deal with the other two...  Can
someone point me in the right direction on these?

Thanks for the KISS Konsole - just installed it and been playing around with
it.  It was really nice of you guys to put this together.  Checking out the
code - I hope I'll be able to contribute something.
