[hpsdr] punched metal backplate for Pandora

Roger, a single cover panel should be practical.
For maximum flexibility (i.e., so the most people can use it), you'll 
need to decide whether to support Janus, and you'll almost certainly 
want to support Excalibur.

You're right to be concerned about the board placement; while that is 
getting less critical with new firmware, you should check with the guys 
who've been working on that before finalizing anything.

If you come up with the template, it's possible TAPR could look into 
manufacture; I'll certainly be willing to bring it up to the Board for 
discussion.

And, I'll take two!
