[hpsdr] KISS Konsole Beta 1.0.3 released

Hi Phil,

I  K:I:S:S:ed Beta 1.0.3 in all possible ways and enjoy the wide spectrum 
and simplicity of it without the bewildering amount of buttons to be clicked 
or numbers to be scrolled. Even though volume control and agc-t slider are 
missing, it seems that they are not required. However, the default filter 
setting for USB and LSB is too small. In fact, they are even smaller than 
the default setting for CWU and CWL.
Thanks in advance for adjusting the default values in the next version.
