[hpsdr] V14?

Yes,  these is a repeated 'glitch' in the receiver  audio with V1.4 that
also appears in the I & Q signals and hence the transmitted signal. Some
folks have difficuty hearing it but you can see it on a 'scope.

It's  proving difficult to track down but we are working on it.
