[hpsdr] V14?

Phil or others that may know, 

Is the "V14" fix around the audio distortion issue?

I'm really enjoying the radio - I was down in lowfer land hunting NDB's last
night and then up on 20 listening to CW.  Can't wait to get Alex and
Pwhistle installed!
