Think you are almost there but the message show below indicates that you have the wrong version of Power SDR for the firmware on your boards. 

"At this point I get: 
"Invalid Firmware Level. Ozy >=13, Penelope >=12 and Mercury >=27 required"

You could of course upgrade the boards to the latest firmware but I find here on my 2.4Ghz P4 machine that revision 
2675 with an FX2 20090201 Ozy10 Merc26 Pen11 is the most stable set up. 

I think if the boards were TAPR loaded revision 2675 should work ok  at 48/96K. ( can anybody confirm this as Merc26 was not original)

To get this release bring up the SVN again via your browser. Once Tortoise has loaded right click on the "Release" folder and select "show log".
Next down in the revision list to 2675 and right click and select "Check out". 
Give the save folder a unique name so you know which vesrsion is which.
