[hpsdr] New HPSDR Startup Problems

Jim:

You need to install MS NET Framework 1.1 and have it running on your 
machine.

If you are going to use Ozy to program software updates into Mercury and 
Penelope, then you also need Framework 2.0.

You can have multiple versions of Framework installed on your PC.

They are NOT backward compatible, or interchangeable.

After taking care of that, see if you can move forward.
