[hpsdr] Ozy Build Question

Jeremy:

The list of jumpers on the BOM is truncated for some reason.

The quantity nine is correct.

The 0 Ohm jumper placements are:

J09:1-3,
J16:1-3,
J18:1-3,
J19:1-3,
J22:1-3,
J25,
J26:1-3
J27,
J28
