[hpsdr] KISS Konsole Beta 1.0.3 released

Phil - Now that I have PowerSDR up and running with my Ozy/Mercury I want to 
get the KISS Konsole running.

When I start it most of the form is blank except for the frequency indicator 
and the S meter.
Below the Frequency slider I see the Start button but  when I click it KISS 
said it could not find Ozy.

PowerSDR still works fine.  I'm running Vista.

Suggestion?
