[hpsdr] KK Beta V1.0.4 Released

I still have audio dropouts at all sample rates UNLESS I minimize the
display, move the display entirely off the screen, or, uncheck the "Show
Spectrum" box.

(Pentium 4 @ 2.40gHz with 1.5 Gig of ram)
