[hpsdr] R: R: Netbooks and OZY version 13 vs. 14

I am helping I1BOC because he have a problem using the V14 mercury plus
penny so I modify the initozy11.bat to use ozy_janus.v12.rbf that is rel
3114
But HPSDR do not run and the report is ozy 0 mercury 0 penny 0.
At this point I modified to point also to ozyfw-sdr1k.20090201.hex
But the only thing that happen is the change of the FX2 fw rel but still
HPSDR not working and report ozy 0 mercury 0 penny 0 .
I am doing something wrong?

The Ozy code is loaded by PowerSDR so it's also distributed with 
PowerSDR.  You can get the version 13 Ozy code by pulling revision 3114 of
svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMe
rge/bin/Release/Ozy_Janus.rbf
