It seems that Larry's suggestions of 100 Mbps Ethernet is aiming for the
future with yesterday's technology.

1 Gbps TCP/IP is becoming ubiquitous and provides tenfold the headroom for
about the same effort, why not take advantage of it?

Keeping an eye on similar efforts from RFSpace, GnuRadio and QS1R, why get
left behind?
