[hpsdr] New code

I updated to the new code yesterday and had the problems that others have described but after trying many setting, the problems started to reduce and finally disappeared, i.e. work as expected.

Today started hardware and PowerSDR, problems returned.
Left hardware powered for about 30 minutes then restarted PowerSDR, worked OK.
