[hpsdr] Firmware Version and location

Bill & Phil,

Could we action the below suggestion from John?  I know it has caused
confusion for me.

My suggestion would be to have one SVN location for the HPSDR software
and possibly have different directories for the clients and the
firmware.  Or possibly John's suggestion is best....

I will write some wiki text to document what you decide to do....
