[hpsdr] Trouble with SVN Checkout

I am having trouble downloading PennyMerge from 
svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMe
rge/bin/Release

 

I am using TortoiseSVN and from the error message there was no connect
(however, web is working).

 

If I use this
http://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyM
erge/bin/Release

address directly into my browser I get the following message:

 

Not Found

The requested URL
/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMerge/bin/Release was
not found on this server

Any help greatly appreciated.
