[hpsdr] KISS Konsole has encountered a problem...

HI Carlos,

Try starting KK like this from the command prompt:

"KISS Konsole" 2>&1 > output.log

Then let me have a copy of output.log so I can see where it is failing.

Alternatively, run KK from within VS C# 2008.  Use the files in

\tags\V1.0.0\Kiss Konsole

double click on KISS Konsole.sln to load it into VS. Then press F5 to run
the code.

I'll also turn the Just-In-Time Debug on in future versions to trap these
events.
