A further thought on this. Did you update to ozy-janus.rbf dated 11/06/09 for OZY14 and PWRsdr 10 June_??

  As Joe may not be home right at the moment, I'll respond.  Nope, Shel, I just checked again to be sure about it and OZY 14 with 10June2009 PowerSDR looks awful on my spectrum analyzer (used USB, 14.345 MHz as center freq) but things look nice and clean running OZY 13 with 28May2009 PowerSDR.
