[hpsdr] stuff for sale/trade

to elaborate just a bit ... if I have to eat a board, I'd rather eat
Janus than Penny/Merc (obviously). So I'm highly unlikely to sell just
the Ozy, or even the Ozy/Janus combo (unless I get a buyer for
Merc/Penny) ..
