Hello!

 

What do you mean with "I get an error in PowerSDR" ???

For example, it could be a not corresponding firmware-version with the
PowerSDR version.

I am running the latest versions of firmware and software, I think.  I have
Penny, Mercury and Ozy installed

 

When I turn on power and start PowerSDR I see the firmware loading and then
I get an error in PowerSDR.  When I restart PowerSDR without removing power,
everything works fine.  What should I do to diagnose this problem?

 

And, how do I determine the firmware levels?  PowerSDR doesn't seem to
report anything.
