[hpsdr] PennyWhistle Comment Summary

Graham,

I know it is a little late, but is it possible to consider having the  
PennyWhistle plug into the Atlas. In my setup I only plan on having  
the Mercury, Ozy and Penelope cards. There is plenty of room for the  
PennyWhistle with heat sink.....
