[hpsdr] ungrounded connector shells on ozy

Talking of the connectors on ozy 

I noted last weekend that neither of the shells on the connectors (db9 and 
db25) on ozy are grounded. There are ground holes on the PCB but they are 
not connected to the shells. I had some rfi issues,  which after deploying 
M3 nuts and bolts in the holes fixed 


Penny has the same hole arrangement but has a different type of db25 
connector which has solder lugs which are soldered to the board, thereby 
earthing the shield
