[hpsdr] PICOPSU-150-XT

The PSU-150 has a 24 pin connector, and the Atlas has a 20 pin
connector.
Also, there is basically NO RFI FILTERING.

Hello all.

I just discowered this 150W ATX PSU that plugs directly into the Atlas PSU  
connector. Has anyone tested this one in Atlas or in a Mini/Nano ITX Card?  
What about noise?
