[hpsdr] ADC Overload

Hi Steve
This happens to my setup with an antenna connected due to MW stations, 
about -18dBm.
If I insert an ATU to act as a HPF or use a HF beam, all is OK.
You just need some filtering ie. ALEX.
Production code did not have the overload indication but but you maybe able 
to hear the cross modulation due to overload, I can.
