I received this question in a private email:

I too am confused by this. I am interested in the Phoenix project, not
as a contributor, but as a likely future purchaser ( I have an Ozy,
Janus, and Mercury, but no Penelope). When I click on 'discussion', I am
denied permission to view it. There has been no new posting on the main
page of Phoenix in about six months, are there newer postings on the
'restricted' discussion page that would expand on its state of
development?"

My answer:

You are being offered the opportunity to create the page but because you
are not logged in - you can not do so. The basic philosophy of the
software is to encourage you to contribute. Please see this Wikimedia
article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Red_link for more
information.

A question:

Does the community think it would be useful for an editor to go through
the discussion pages and make a one line edit saying "There is no
content for this page yet xxxxUTC xx May 2009"???

Regards,

Richard.
