[hpsdr] PowerSDR Visual Studio 8

Hi,

As part of the Thor project I will need to modify PowerSDR to send envelope and Phase to Penelope. So with this in mind I have taken Bill's code and built it under visual studio 8. It builds no problem, however I do get a runtime error. A dialog appears saying that there has been an application error and that it need to close. If you ignore the dialog everything seems to work ok. I have seen this error before when I did not have .NET 1.1 installed, so I'm sure its related to that. However VS8 can only target .NET2.0 and upwards.

Does anyone know what needs to be changed in order to bring this up to date with .NET3.5 ?
