[hpsdr] Advance notice: Wiki changes

To those who have HPSDR Wiki user login capability:

Please be aware that either Tuesday (May 26) afternoon or early
Wednesday morning, the wiki database will be backed up in preparation
for a hosting change. This backup will be used to restore the wiki
into a different database, therefore any and all changes you make to
the wiki after the backup time will not be reflected in the restored
version.

If you need to make changes to the wiki, please do so before 1800 UTC
May 26 -- or wait until an "all clear" message is given after the move
-- probably some time Wednesday..

For all others... we will keep the hpsdr wiki operational as much as
possible during this change.  If you find it not operational, don't
panic!  Just check again later. The HPSDR website at
http://openhpsdr.org may have a short downtime as well as the HPSDR
discussion list (reflector).  If all goes well, all should be
operational later on Wednesday.
