[hpsdr] Hex addresses for vCOM virtual com ports

I'm trying to set up PowerSDR and vCOM Virtual Serial Ports Driver to talk to some third party software.  The software wants the hex address (rather than a com port number) for com ports above com 4.

Does anyone know the hex addresses for the vCOM Virtual Serial Ports above com 4?
