[hpsdr] Updated Firmware Software

Installed the new firmware and PSDR updates this morning. PSDR reports the
correct firmware revisions. Have severely distorted audio all modes all
sample rates. Created new install directory for PSDR installed no help.
Removed Penelope no difference. Loaded V2.6 for Mercury and received error
message that I need to be running V2.7. Loaded older version of PSDR with
the V2.6 in Mercury and audio is correct. Repeated the install of the new
firmware 4 times with PSDR in different locations and got the same results
of distorted audio each time. Tried with Penelope installed and switching
between Penelope and Mercury clocks no help. With version 2.7 and the latest
PSDR loaded and selecting the Preamp to on the relay on the Mercury
chatters. 

SVN checkout of PSDR and blaster has been done multiple times to different
locations. 

 I expended all my brainpower (very limited) looking for something else to
try, thanks.
