I thought you would like to know that Richard Horne, the author of 
Spectrogram and SpectrumPlayer, has very generously given me permission
to host both those programs on my website for distribution to the world. 

They are available at

and
<http://mikea.ath.cx/SP_setup.exe>
at the moment, though there are no links to them from anywhere on my
site. I'll add links when time permits.
