I have no dog in the fight, being on the list to keep abreast of any
interesting technical work being done, but wanted to raise a couple of
points:

1) Phil, part of your (helpful) explanatory page says "I will post the
emails that I sent to the website administrator where I gave them warning
that the hpsdr.org domain would be changed and why this decision was made."
Are these emails available yet? They would seem to address the
all-important question of who fired the first shot.

2) I've known and/or corresponded with both John Ackerman and Bill Tracey in
the past, and consider them both to be selfless, helpful people of (AFAIK)
impeccable character. Nobody at TAPR is getting rich off of this project or
others; as John indicated earlier, they only want to avoid getting soaked.
I am personally aware that JohnA in particular puts a huge amount of unpaid
personal time into developing and refining projects that TAPR then makes
available at ridiculously low cost compared to similar offerings from other
vendors. From my point of view, anyone who tries to convince me that the
TAPR representatives are angling for financial power or political influence
has a hard job ahead of them. They get the benefit of the doubt until we
can see the whole story, which we haven't yet.
