"I was contacted earlier this year by TAPR stating that they were 
running out of OZY boards and requesting that I license them to produce 
another 100 boards.   I declined."

May I ask, why did you decline this offer to produce 100 more Ozy-boards?

May I also ask, will any other non-profit organization, and/or company, 
be given the right to produce Ozy boards? Or is the Ozy board to be 
regarded as "dead"?
