[hpsdr] CW Skimmer and Mercury.

Ozy FPGA loads just fine now.


Jeff:

make sure what is the frequency you are listening to. Ctrl+F to tune it.
Use the blue coloured arrows button near freq. display (left or right mouse
click for up or down).
